Who provides EchoFold
EchoFold is developed by Evisoft in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. References to “EchoFold,” “we,” or “us” in these terms refer to Evisoft as the developer of the game and operator of this website. The current game is a development build for iPhone and iPad and is not yet represented here as a publicly available App Store release.
Eligibility and acceptance
EchoFold is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not offered as a Kids Category product. By installing, testing, or using a version supplied to you, or by using this website, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. A parent or legal guardian should review the use of the game where local law requires their involvement.
Permission to use the game
Evisoft gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the EchoFold build supplied to you for ordinary gameplay and evaluation on supported Apple devices. This permission does not transfer ownership of the game, its code, visual design, text, scenes, or other content. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass platform protections, or use EchoFold to infringe another person’s rights, except where a restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
Gameplay and local progress
EchoFold is an untimed solo puzzle. The current build stores completed-scene marks, settings, and an interrupted scene locally on the device. It has no account, cloud synchronization, public leaderboard, chat, or user-generated content. Local progress may be reset inside the app and may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is restored, or a development build is replaced. Do not rely on a development build as a permanent archive.
Purchases, advertising, and external services
The current EchoFold build contains no in-app purchases, subscription, paid recovery, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party software development kits. This website does not process payments. If a later public version introduces a price or digital purchase, the offer, App Store terms, refund path, and applicable disclosures will be presented separately before that feature is made available.
Development status and availability
Features, scenes, presentation, supported devices, and availability may change while EchoFold is in development. A test build may contain defects or stop working after an operating-system change or signing period. Evisoft may update, replace, limit, or end access to a development build. We aim to describe the current behavior accurately, but the website is not a promise that every planned feature or release date will remain unchanged.
Ownership and feedback
EchoFold’s original code, native-shape artwork, interface, writing, and scene designs are owned by Evisoft or used with permission. Apple, iPhone, iPad, iOS, iPadOS, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. If you voluntarily send gameplay feedback or a bug report, you allow Evisoft to use that feedback to improve EchoFold without an obligation to compensate you. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in feedback.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Use the development build with reasonable care and keep any device backups you consider necessary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evisoft is not responsible for indirect loss caused by relying on experimental availability or locally stored progress. Nothing in these terms excludes, limits, or waives consumer rights, liability, remedies, or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country or region. Questions about a legal right should be addressed according to the law that applies to you and to Evisoft.
Changes and contact
These terms may be revised as EchoFold moves from development toward public distribution. The date above will change when the text changes.
