At a glance

EchoFold does not require an account and does not collect personal data. The game works offline and has no analytics, advertising, tracking, cloud synchronization, social features, external backend, or third-party software development kits. This website also uses no analytics, cookies, forms, third-party fonts, embedded media, or tracking scripts.

Information stored on your device

The app stores only the game state needed to continue playing: completed-scene marks, app settings, and an interrupted scene. This information remains inside the app’s local container on your device. Evisoft does not receive it, cannot view it remotely, and does not use it to identify you. The current build does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, Bluetooth, health information, or other protected device resources.

Collection, use, and sharing

The current EchoFold build does not transmit game progress or personal data to Evisoft or to another company. Because no personal data is collected by the app, it is not used for profiling, behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, sale, automated decisions, or audience measurement, and it is not shared with data brokers or advertising networks. EchoFold has no account system, so there is no server-held profile to access, correct, export, or delete.

Retention and deletion

Local game state stays on the device until you remove it. To delete app-owned progress while keeping the app, open Settings in EchoFold, choose Reset local progress, and confirm. This removes completed marks and the interrupted scene from that device. Deleting EchoFold also removes its local app container under the device operating system’s normal behavior. Evisoft has no remote copy to retain after either action.

This website and server logs

The published website is intended to be a static set of files. It does not set application cookies or run client-side scripts. Like most hosting infrastructure, the web server or network provider may temporarily process basic request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as an IP address, requested path, time, and browser information. Hosting configuration and retention must be confirmed before production deployment; this notice will be updated if those operational facts add a data practice.

Children

EchoFold is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not positioned in the App Store Kids Category. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults because it does not collect personal data from players at all. If the product later adds accounts, network services, analytics, advertising, or user-generated content, its privacy review and age-related safeguards will be reopened before release.

Changes to this notice

The notice may change if EchoFold’s features, distribution, hosting, or legal obligations change. A revised version will carry a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to data handling will be described before they take effect in a public build.

Controller and contact

For a privacy question, include enough information to understand the request, but do not send sensitive personal information. Because the app has no account or server-held player profile, Evisoft may not have data that can be linked to an individual player.
